On February 10, 2011, Texas Inter-Faith Supportive Services, LLC, was acquired by Portfolio Resident Services, Inc. The new company, a 501(c)(3) corporation, is among the largest providers of resident services in the United States.

Programs are provided at no cost to the resident, and at minimal cost to the owners of affordable and conventional housing communities. In 2011, we debuted our new leasing and retention initiatives, designed to increase lease closing ratios, resident satisfaction, occupancy, and community stability and to reduce turnover.
